Lucknow: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) works on the strategy of two branches to fight the third wave of Coronavirus – raising the grassroots level labor which consists mostly of women, to support the pandemic family and make arrangements for the basis of the village doctor’s training to handle cases Covid case at the primary level.
“They are referred to as shamans but village doctors are people who work as the first line of medical workers who are people in rural approaches.
Therefore, their training on Covid management is needed,” said Senior RSS official.
In addition, the ‘Maatra Shakti’ workforce will provide mental and physical support to the family in the grip of the Coronavirus.
Political observers feel that this labor will be useful during the upcoming Vidhan Sabha selection, he added.
Decisions that will be ready for anticipated the third waves are taken recently because the second wave brings havoc throughout the country with medical facilities and infrastructure which collapsed under pressure on the number of covid patients.
RSS volunteers have been identified about this action plan to overcome the third wave at the Shakha level through a virtual meeting by the Sarkaryawawah RSS (Secretary General) Dattatreya Hosabale, number two in the organization.
Justifying the training of ‘shamans’ in rural areas, the senior RSS office carrier told TII that at an emergency or health crisis, the villagers first knocked on the door of this local medicine.
RSS, therefore, has decided that members will train these shamans along with local Ayurvedacharyas and Vaidyas to overcome situations arising from the anticipated third waves.
Supporting the idea, experts on professors of infectious diseases and infectious RAM Shanker Upadhayaya said that the type of scenario we are located, even the best infrastructure will not help.
Even the government cannot have the desired level of medical service penetration at the village level.
“When the Covid treatment protocol in the main phase does not call on invasive treatment or too many drugs, village doctors can be trained to handle emergency cases with basic training in providing oxygen support,” RAM said.
He added, “Even though I live in Sweden, I come from a rustic background and have seen how people in the village depend on such practitioners during an emergency.” This program has been taken at the All-India level, a senior RSS official told TII, adding that the training program and labor creation, most women began about two weeks ago and the possibility of being finished at the end of July.
Almost all major frontal rss organizations such as Rent Bharti, Arogya Bharti, Vanasthali Ashram, etc., have been asked to focus on training and creation of new labor, RSS functioner said.
Medical experts from these organizations have been asked to train village doctors, Ayurvedacharyas and Vaidyas at the grassroots level in Covid patient management, while other members have been asked to contact villagers and make women’s labor groups.
Speaking of the proposed women’s workforce, RSS functioner told TII that each village would have a maximum group of 11 members and a minimum of seven members.
They will be briefed about the initial steps that must be taken if the detection of covid patients in a village.
They will also be taught how to provide physical and mental support to the patient’s family members.
However, political observers see the strong possibility of this workforce, especially consisting of women, as a strong team for BJP during the upcoming selection of Sabha Vidhan in 2022.
A RSS official told TII that because this new workforce would work for six Up to seven months.
, it will definitely provide benefits for BJP even during the assembly poll.
Like RSS, the Bharatiya Janata party also created a workforce of two members around 50,000 villages.
Every village will have one youth and one woman as a member.
Their work is to provide assistance during anticipated third wave, BJP senior official said.
