Dilip Kumar was recently hospitalized on June 6 after experiencing shortness of breath.
He was diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion – the accumulation of excess fluid between layers of pleural outside the lungs and underwent a successful pleural aspiration procedure.
He was dismissed after five days.
