Razing of Prohibited colony: Today, FIR against ex-MLA

Gurgaon: In a turn of events, an FIR was filed against former Gurgaon BJP MLA along with among his partners Friday for defamation, hammering court documents and distributing them on social networking following a criticism from district city planner RS Batth.
On Wednesday, former legislator Umesh Aggarwal’s partners had registered a custody alleging contempt of court from the official along with his group to adhering to a demolition drive in a illegal invasion in Sector 77’s Shikohpur village on June 10.

Chugh and Manorama are owners of their property where the prohibited colony was supposedly being assembled by Aggarwal.
Speaking to TOI, Batth stated he had registered a complaint against them for hammering the summons and distributing it on societal websites using the intention to damage his reputation.
“We completed demolition of unethical and illegal structures in their property at Shikohpur, in which they’re trying to develop into a residential colony.
Throughout and following that the demolition drive, Aggarwal maintained that I broke a court order and threatened to file a contempt of court case against me and my acquaintances,” he explained.
Before taking out the demolition, the due process was followed and also show-cause finds and recovery requests were served, but the trio continued to execute structure, he added.
