New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said his government was ready to discuss everything in the upcoming parliamentary rainy session, said Parliament Minister Pralhad Joshi.
Joshi quoted the prime minister at the meeting to say that various floor leaders were told that the government was ready for “healthy and meaningful discussions” on various problems raised according to rules and procedures.
The meeting saw the participation of more than 30 parties, with a prominent opposition face such as opposition leader at Rajya Sabha Malikarjun Kharge and Congress leader at Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury attended the meeting.
The government has held all parties on Wednesday ahead of the Monsoon Parliament session, which is scheduled to start tomorrow.
In addition to Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Minister of Union and the leader of the house in Rajya Sabha Piyush faltered at the meeting.
The crane O ‘Brien, Tiruchi Siva from DMK, the leader of the Jamajwadi RAM Gopal Yadav and Satish Mishra BSP was also present.
Apna Dal Leader and Nda Ally Anupriya Patel and LJP Leader Pashupati Paras also attended the meeting.
The rainy season session began on July 19 and will conclude on August 13.
This will be the first parliament session since the Union cabinet.
