New Delhi: In the midst of talks about the possibility of an alliance with Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) in Goa, Head of State State Bharatiya Janata, Sadanand Tanavade on Saturday claimed that the party was ready to oppose the polls.
However, he added that the final decision on the Alliance would be the central leadership.
“State units believe that BJP can win the poll itself without sewing alliances,” he said.
“The central leadership receives a call on the Alliance.
I believe that we are ready to go alone.
At the time of local polls, we fight alone without allies and we add,” he added.
The Head of the State BJP again said, “We have 40 assembly chairs in the state and BJP have ‘Samitis Mandal’ in each constituency at 1,663 rooms.
We are organized strongly”.
MGP is reported to have an influence on the Hindu Voter base.
The opposition in this country has not yet decided the Alliance and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) encouraged the Congress Party to decide whether to oppose polls or together.
However, the BJP state unit seems to be motivated by the results of local polls so as to emphasize Solo and win the election with the majority.
In April, BJP won the absolute majority in three city councils in Goa.
Polls have been going on in Mapapa, Margao, Mormugao, Sanguem, and Quepem City Council.
Here, BJP has won Quepem, Mormugao and the Sanguem Board.
Tanavade praised the performance of the BJP Goa unit in several times and believes that his party is ready to win even if the selection is held tomorrow.
“Even if the election was announced tomorrow, we were ready for it.
You should think that why we are confident.
During the Zila Panchayat poll held last year, all opposition parties and NGOs have spread rumors that BJP will not win.
But when the results come out , BJP won 19 of the 25 seats in North Goa.
In South Goa, we fought 18 seats and we won 14, the highest calculation by the party so far.
“Meanwhile on August 9, Congress appointed former Minister of Finance P Chidambaram as an election observer Goa’s opinion that will be held in 2022.
Tanavade said that BJP was not worried about the congress or new observer.
“Even if Rahul Gandhi was called, BJP would form its own government.
Chairman of the Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal also came here and he did not succeed in making a difference.
We have our trust and confidence and our people,” Stated Tanavade.
When asked about the people who joined the Congress, Tanavade dug them by saying, “Congress took himself back to the party and showed it as a ‘wave’ for assembly parties.” Meanwhile, the Head of Tanaavade and the Head of the Goa Pramod Sawant was traveling around several constituencies separately.
“We met our workers and knew from them whether they were satisfied with the party.
We constantly meet various groups.
We plan to complete the process to cover all constituencies on October 31,” said the Head of the Cave State BJP.
The BJP Goa Unit also holds Sammelans (Meeting) to seduce 35,000 voters, belonging to North India, but living in the state.
“Tomorrow (Sunday), we have held a meeting for 500 North Indians.
There will be a big sammantlan in November,” Tanavade said.
