Mumbai: The recruitment activity in the country touched all time in July, witnessed a sequential increase of 11 percent, showing the revival of strong economic growth and business recovery from the impact of Covid-19, a report said on Friday.
With 2,625 job posting, the recruitment trend grew 11 percent in July compared to 2,359 posts in June, the highest ever, including the Pre-Covid-19 timeline, according to the Naukri Jobspeak report.
The Indian job market has witnessed sequential growth for the second consecutive month, with a 15 percent increase in June, after a decrease in pandemic in April and May, which was stated.

Accounting and Taxation with 27 percent, FMCG (17 percent), banking and financial services (13 percent) and education and teaching (8 percent) also see positive sequential upswing in recruitment activities during the same period.
The pharmaceutical research sector, biotech and clinical views a five percent marginal decline in work, while the media sector, dotcom and entertainment fell 15 percent in July.
Naukri.com Business Officer Pawan Goyal said, “July has provided conclusive evidence about the rise of recruitment activities in the country, after setbacks in April and May.
