Hyderabad: Ahead of the cabinet meeting on Tuesday, it is estimated that the state government has identified 45,280 posts where recruitment will begin directly and wisely.
According to the report on the PRC Commission, the state government has provided sanctions of 4,91,304 posts where 3,00,178 posts are occupied and 1.91,126 posts are empty.
1.08,528 Other posts are occupied by outsourcing employees.
The state government does not consider outsourcing posts as empty.
The first notification will be given to a post where there is a very high request and will be done gradually.
Post charging will take place not only through the State Public Services Commission (TSPSC) but also through the Institutes of various government departments.
While TSPSC has not issued a notification, vacancies are being considered.
At present there are posts in 18 categories such as the commercial tax office, housing welfare officials, Panchayat Raj officials, collectors, and DSP in the police, among others.
The state government has issued a Group-2 notification about seven years ago for posts under 12 departments.
Now it has announced that the post that is currently empty will be filled in first followed by posts that have fallen in vacancy because of the promotion.
Details for posts that have fallen empty because promotions are currently being prepared and reliable sources in the government say that it will not issue notifications for the post at the same time as other posts.
Among the current post, many are available in the Ministry of Education and most are teachers while there are Group-3 posts such as computer operators.
The Ministry of Finance also conducts an assessment of any legal complications in filling out several empty posts and posts available in multi-zones.
CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has recently said that since the president has given permission to zonal systems, there should be no problems.
On Tuesday, the Cabinet will give permission to fill empty posts after detail verification as sent by various government departments.
