Recruitment fraud: Azam Khan’s request was rejected

Lucknow: Special CBI Court on Friday Refuses Plea Guarantees Former Minister of SP MP Mohammad Azam Khan in connection with the recruitment fraud of Jal Nigam which allegedly occurred during 2012 and 2017.
Through the command, Special Judge Manoj Pandey said the violation was very serious in nature and therefore he did not Enable to guarantee.
The court has recognized violations in this matter on July 15.
According to the Senior Public Prosecutor, Om Prakash Rai, FIR in this case was submitted by Inspector Atal Bihari with the Police Station Sit on April 25, 2018.
