Lucknow: National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh has invited applications for the recruitment of public health workers (CHO) for a 06-month certificate in public health training (CCHN) for sessions 2021-22.
NHM is doing this recruitment drive with a total of 2,800 jobs.

Age limit
The age limit of the candidate must be less than 35 years on July 20, 2021.
Qualification
Candidates should have general nursing and midwifery (GNM) from the Institute / B.Sc.
Nursing / Pos Basic B.Sc.

Salary
Rs 10,000 per month will be offered as allowances during the training period, which includes lodging & lodging benefits.
A maximum RS 35,500 per month (RS 20,500 per month salary plus up to RS 15,000 per month performance-based incentives) will be offered when posting in SC-HWC in the district as subject to the guidelines issued by the government.
The national health mission, up will provide support for the cost of the course and transportation costs for practicum etc.

A surety bonds of Rs 1.55 lakh on stamps of RS 100 must be submitted by candidates before joining training to serve a minimum of three years at the HWC sub health center level when successfully completing CCHN training.
Selection process
Candidate selection will be based on a computer-based test (CBT).
Computer-based tests will be held for 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two parts of a total of 100 marks.
Part-I (80 Marks) will consist of professional knowledge (related discipline) and part-II (20 marks) will consist of general talents, reasoning, general awareness and basic computer knowledge with 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Every question will bring 1 sign and there is no negative sign for the wrong answer.
There is no sign that will be given to a question that is not tried.
Paper questions must be arranged in bilingual language i.e.
English and Hindi.
If selected in a computer-based test, candidates will be called for document verification.
Waitlist will be prepared in a ratio of 1: 3 (3 candidates for 1 vacancy in their respective categories).
About NHM Public Health for Couse Nurse Training Training
UP NHM Certificate 06 Months in Public Health for Nurse Training (CCHN) for Session 2021-22 is part of the initiative under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, Goup which is imagined to strengthen the sub-health center as a Health and Health Center (HWC) for improved implementation , Community health program and to enable the provision of comprehensive primary health care services, including disease and health prevention promotions.
Candidates who succeed in completing this course and pass the final exam will be posted as a public health worker (CHO) at the HWCS sub-health center level based on the contract.
