Bengaluru: Deputy Minister of Karnataka CN Ashwatha Narayana announced that the direct recruitment process to fill the vacancies of 1,242 assistant professors and 310 principals at higher education institutions will begin soon.
As per official statement, Narayana discussed a press conference on Wednesday and said the notification process for recruitment will begin in the next 20 days and the whole process will be completed in the six-month range.
This promise will be done through a written exam and there will be no interview or Viva Voce (Orals).

The written exam for the Assistant Professor will be a 500 mark consisting of objective type questions (100 for Kannada + 100 for English + 50 for general knowledge + 250 for optional subjects).
