New Delhi: The Delhi court on Saturday gave a guarantee to Khemppreet Singh, which was accused of in connection with violence in the red fortress on the Republican Day.
Additional session Tis Hazari Judge Kamini Lau gave a guarantee to Khempreet Singh asking him to give a personal bond of Rs.
50,000 with one local guarantee such as the number of each.
The court directed Khempreet Singh to appear before the Sho concerned on the last Saturday four months and if he left, he would prioritize the same thing to Sho and the intimate court if he changed his address.
The court noted that Chargesheet in this case has been submitted.
The court also relied on observations by the Delhi High Court while providing guarantees to activists in Ppanjra TOD Natasha Narwal, Devangana Kalita in a larger case of conspiracy in connection with the violence of Northeast Delhi.
“The Delhi High Court observed that when polarized and cracked people in various routes and ideology reached the missing point, the court would do everything in their mandate to prevent legal abuse and reduce the anxiety that had been surrounded by these people,” the judge observed in his order.
The defendant Khemprreet Singh was arrested on March 9, 2021.
He was represented by Advocates of Jasdeep Dhillon and Jaspreet Rai.
Previously, a Delhi court had the last month aware of the Chargesheet in connection with cases related to violence in the Red Fortress on the Republican Day against Sidhu and others and issued calls against them.
After recognizing love, Metropolitan Chief Magistrate Gajender Singh Nagar issued a letter to Sidhu and the others asked them to appear before him through video conferencing on June 29 and then issued a fresh call after Sidhu was not served.
Chargesheet has named the deep and other Sidhu as accused of in this case.
Chargesheet was first submitted before the judge at the Tis Hazari Court on May 17.
The police have named 16 people including Sidhu Dalam, Iqbal Singh, Maninder Moni and Khempreet as accused of in this case.
Delhi police have registered cases under various charges of dealing with incitement, riots, violence, efforts to kill and dakoity.
Then this case was transferred to the Branch of Delhi police crime.
Chargesheet operates around 3000 pages.
The name of some farmer leaders is also mentioned in Chargesheet.
Deep Sidhu, who was arrested in this case was then released on a guarantee.
Delhi police told the court that there was a video evidence to show that Sidhu entered the red fortress with supporters carrying lathis and flags.
Police Delhi also told the court that he was in the fort fortress where the flag was raised.
On the day of the Republic, protesters did not attend the previously arranged route and violated the barricade to enter Delhi, clashed with police, and adverse property in several parts of the national capital during the farmer tractor rally.
They also entered the red fortress and unfurled their flags from the rampart.
Farmers have protested at different borders of the national capital since November 26 against three agricultural laws that have just been implemented: trade and trade (promotion and facilitation), 2020; Empowerment and Protection of Farmers) Agreement on the guarantee of ACT 2020 Agricultural Services and Services and Essential Commodities (Amendment) ACT, 2020.
A total of 43 different cases are registered with a branch of crime, special cells and local police and more than 150 people are arrested in connection with various cases relating to Republican day hardness.
