MUMBAI: The property market has once more asked for a decrease in stamp duty attributing the next wave of this Covid pandemic for subdued earnings.
In separate letters to primary ministry Uddhav Thackeray, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar who also holds the finance portfolio also to earnings minister Balasaheb Thorat, CREDAI-MCHI, the real estate agent body has requested for alteration of stamp responsibility to 2 percent until March 2022.
