Gurgaon: The Meeting Department of the City and State (DTCP) has written to Gurgaon Police on Monday to register FIR against 31 violators, which allegedly carved seven illegal colonies on the 30-acre land in and about seven police complaints against the perpetrators, four had been submitted at Bhondsi and three at Farrukhnagar police station.
This illegal colony, covering two to eight hectares, has emerged in Bhondsi, Farrukhnagar and Ghamroj in recent months, police said.
This is 11.5 acre in Bhondsi developed into three illegal colonies by violators.
The colony was developed at a plot measuring 1.5 hectares to six hectares.
At Farrukhnagar, three illegal colonies on agricultural land more than 12.5 acres were carved by violators.
The department has written to Farrukhnagar police to register pine to 17 people.
Likewise in Ghamroj, five offenders have carved illegal colonies at six hectares.
In accordance with the compatience of DTCP, the soil drops within the boundaries of the city of Gurgaon.
“Section 3 Law No.
8 of 1975, stipulates that landowners will get a license before carving a colony in the urban area of competent authority.
Section 7 (i) Law 1975 prohibits the intention of the sub-division for the sub-division of land to engrave Coloni.
Part 7 (ii) forbid construction in a colony whose license below part 3 of the law in 1975 has not been given, “Complaints sounded to divide the soil for the purpose of the colony.
Offenders deliberately continue by contrary to the provisions of the actions of 1975 and the rules.
