People can apply for death certificates and also appeal, if needed, on the eHealth portal.
Health Minister Veena George said that even though the state government had published a Covid Death Certificate, a new certificate was published according to the guidelines set by the Central Government and the Indian Medical Research Council.

Those who cannot register or appeal online, can approach the nearest primary health center or akshaya center to apply, the Minister said.
