Registration of BH-Series for vehicles begins

Bengaluru: The transportation department finally began issuing the plate registration number of the Bharat (BH) series for new vehicles in the state.
On August 26, the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH) issued a notification of the BH series, which came into force on September 15.
However, the State Transportation Department issued a notification only on November 30, and many prospective vehicle owners complained.
