Ahmedabad: A 31-year-old man from Juhapura was stabbed with his friend to his friend to whom he refused to lend the RS 500.
In a complaint submitted with Vejalpur police on Sunday, Akil Malek named Mohsin Ansari as the defendant.
He told the police, “Ansari called me on Sunday afternoon, asking the RS 500.
I said I didn’t have money because most of my income was spent on my Nasemanu’s cancer treatment.
I then told him that I had to go with me.

“Around 5pm on Sunday, Malek went to the tea shop with his friend in Juhapura where Ansari approached him and began to abuse him because he refused to give him money.
When Malek protested, Ansari took out a knife and tried to stab him in the chest.
However, he missed and stabbed the 31-year-old face.
Ansari then slashed his face again.
When Malek tried to run, Ansari cut his right elbow.
Malek began screaming in pain and several locals hurried to save.
