This business changed its name to the Netherlands T-Mobile in 2003 after the German carrier bought the rest.
This is considered a sales unit in 2015 to raise funds to buy wireless frequencies in the US, before deciding to maintain the business.
In 2019, the Dutch T-Mobile joined the Tele2 AB operation in the country to create one of the largest local operators.
Speaking on investors in May, Tele2 executive head Kjell Johnsen confirmed the company planning to sell 25% holding in the Netherlands T-mobile and focus on its core markets in Nordics and Baltic.
