Gurgaon: About 20 religious structures excavated in Khori Faridabad Village when demolition continued on Tuesday.

“About 20 religious structures were destroyed since they were built on forest land.

Officials said religious structures were not destroyed on previous trips because they wanted people to empty the area first to defend the law and order.
Drive Razing will continue until Wednesday, following the corporation will begin to empty all villages, MCF officials said.
“The deadline for residents to empty the area is Monday.
We continue the journey on Tuesday.
We will now begin to empty the entire village because people have given enough time to go,” said Commissioner.
After that, the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority (FMDA) will sow seeds in more than 50 hectares in the village.
Species seeds are suitable for arabalists, such as Kairi, Dhak and Ronjh, will be sprinkled.
About 100 kg of seeds will be used, considering only 50% are expected to germinate.
Officials said there were also plans to develop the area as urban city forests or biodiversity parks.
The Supreme Court has been on June 7 ordered the MCF to clean the aravali forest land that was sensitive to ECO in Khori encroachment.
The corporation was given six weeks to destroy illegal homes built on the ground.
Following orders, the MCF has begun drive demolition on July 14.
Meanwhile, the Department of Forest Faridabad also destroyed agricultural houses built illegally in the Aravali region in other districts.
