Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has reprimanded sitting to investigate the black marketing of remedies, anti-virus drugs used in the treatment of Covid-19, because they take care of the darkness in making Ranchi’s government police supervisor in this case.

Chargesheet has been filed against two people in the case of last month in court courts.
A division bench from the High Court consisting of Chief Justice Dr.
Ravi Rajan and Justice SN Prasad on Friday, directed the head of sitting Anil Palta, a police general director, to appear before him directly through video conferencing on July 8, when the problem was heard again.
The bench said that the submission of the charge sheet was only two accused in case raising serious questions when the name Ranchi Rural SP has appeared in this case.
By stating that Sit has been directed to submit a report on the progress of his investigation in front of the court, the bench asked why it did not submit a report to the High Court before submitting a chargesheet case because it monitors the case.
State Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan said that Sit after completing the investigation against the two defendants had submitted a chargesheet in the court of trial and investigation in this case still on.
The bench then directs that the sequence of the formation of sitting, diary and cost sheets produced before that.
Cid has submitted an investigation report carried out in the case of Remdesivir’s black marketing at Jharkhand to the High Court.
The problem is being investigated under the leadership of the Adg Palta.
After the government transfers ADG, the High Court expressed strong displeasure.
Sitting headed by Palta was then formed.
