The court repeated the question of why the government begged for the prevention of anti-social activities (PASA) acting in the case of sales of one or two injections of remediesivir, when a political party got a clean chit from the distribution of 5,000 injections.
“Don’t threaten people.
This creates anarchy among people.
The second wave (from Covid-19) is not in our hands.
That happens.
But is this a way to deal with the situation created by it? Where will people go?” Justice Pareshyay asked the government, when a doctor from Vadodara filed a petition who was looking for frightened protection under the pasa.
He was ordered to sell one rempatal injection to Covid-19 patients in an invalid way.
One of the accused in this case has been detained under the pasa.
This case involved Dr.
Mitesh Thakkar, who was ordered to the statement of a person accused of being together, a Ayurveda practitioner.
He moved the HC which captured the detention under the pasa after being accused of being held in Pasa, and after he was given a guarantee by the High Court.
The High Court has acted against doctors to the state government of the answer on July 31 and provides justification for Pasa Prayer, or start a proposal for the same thing by police authorities.
Last week, upadhyay justice questioned the government about ordering people to sell remdesivir and because they did not act in cases involving political parties that distributed 5,000 injections.
In hearing the case of Dr.
Thakkar, he asked, “Do you want to beg Pasa even after the request (in court) last time? If you do this qua, one or two injections, I have to question around 5,000 injections.
I repeat …
if the party Politics contributed 5,000 injections in good faith, then all in accordance with the law? And when there is a problem one or two injections involving the doctor, you begged for the Pasa? “The judge told the prosecutor that this was a serious problem.
“You are dealing with a blackmarketing case with Iron Hand.
But when there is anarchy and everyone is afraid, people try to manage injections from anywhere.
Do you want to beg Pasa? I am in chapter 14.
Doesn’t that apply in another case?” The court said About the distribution of injections from the BJP letter letter in April.
The judge asked the government not to make panic among people.
