THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala meeting on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution calling the Centre to remember Lakshadweep administrator Praful Khoda Patel and take immediate measures to safeguard the life and livelihood of the islanders.
Kerala is the first state in the nation to pass a resolution supporting the islanders’ protest against decisions taken by the new government.
The resolution, moved by CM Pinarayi Vijayan, had been passed with minor adjustments indicated by the opposition.

The forces of the district panchayat and also the village dweep panchayat were moved to the secretary.
