Mumbai: Five Months After the death of Elgar Parishad Case accused the Pastor of Stan Swamy, a Jesuit Imam, in a temporary hospital in court detention, Father Frazer Mascarenhas, because ‘KIN Next’ has submitted a petition about a judicial investigation for an inquiry of death during detention and to eliminate ‘ Odium of Guilty ‘attaches tribal rights activists.

Swamy’s appeal has subsided the court recorded.
Judge Division Bench Nitin Jamdar and Kotwal Nest said instead of the temporary application through FR Mascerenhas in the pending appeal, new petitions can be submitted.
Swamy has transferred HC against observations by the Special Nia Court while Refuse the petition of the bail.
FR Swamy, who had established a BaGacha, an organization to lift adivasis in Jharkhand was arrested nine months before his death, in October 2020, but was not saved even a day in Nia detention.
FR Mascarenhas thus filed a fresh petition and raised a few questions including whether HC based on the facts of this case now must direct the investigation of judicial judges under the law to ensure that the guidelines for the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) are strictly followed.
