Paris: France Carmaker Renault launches a more ambitious strategy for electric vehicles on Wednesday, betting on a new version that is affordable from his iconic small cars in the past to catch up with Volkswagen in the Volkswagen sector.
Renault Chief Executive Luca de Meo said he would plan to launch 10 electric cars in 2025 and that all electric vehicles will reach up to 90% of the Renault model in 2030, dropping dependence on hybrids to reach the target below the target.

It was also set to uncover the new electricity “Unexe” on Wednesday.
Two sources close to the company said they would become the resurrection of the Renault Hatchback 4, which came out of the last century production too.
De Meo said that the new electric car platform built with the aim and a group of production locations in North France will allow Renault to send electric vehicles (EV) at a lower cost.
“Today is the historic acceleration of the EV Renault Group strategy,” De Meo said in a statement.
Sharenault Zoe model which shrinks, the best-selling electric car in its segment in Europe for years, loses ground for models such as ID.3 Compact Electric Car Volkswagen.
The numbers of the EV-Cumes.com database showed the share of Volkswagen from EV market in Europe soared 25% last year from 14% in 2019, overtaking Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi Alliance, whose shares were 23% in 2019.
De Meo, former executive Volkswagen who changed the brand of German car seat around it, has been assigned to help Renault change a new page after a problematic mantra.
Former Boss Carlos Ghosn was overthrown and arrested in Japan in 2018 on charges of financial malpractice, which he hated.
Ghosn leaves the range of spacious models with low margins and Renault troubleshoot large losses when global demand for falling cars.
Plan Turnaround de Meo – which he has called “renaulution” – is to stop thousands of workers, reduce the range of models, and increase cooperation between partner alliances on vehicle production.
Renault said this month will combine three factories in North France to a new legal entity, Renault’s electricity, which will produce 400,000 vehicles per year in 2025.
The company previously said it would use a specially designed vehicle platform, known as CMF B-EV and CMF A, to produce small and affordable eVs.
