Jaipur: Everything about the coaching city of the city has changed, both for more than 1.5 lakh students and educational centers, when they reopened on Wednesday under new norms required by Pandemic Corona.
On the first day, very few coaching centers have 50% occupancy while the rest hope for students to fill the class in the coming weeks.
The class used to run for six hours, batches will now be limited to four hours because 50% stamp in students until the situation becomes normal, said the training center operator, quoting a tight compliance of the Covid-19 protocol.
This is a challenge for teachers also to complete the course in three months, not 10 months before.
The training institute said that they expected the peak of around 1.5 lakh students in two months if the third wave was not about the country.
The reopening also saw the limitation of time spent by students at the institution to train outside the classroom.
In general, students will continue to return after a regular class for a problem solving class, most of the Institutes have not yet started to limit the number of students.
“Strict guidelines of the local government do not allow us to operate completely.
Session / troubleshooting session that runs for the whole day gives students with instant solutions for their problems / difficulties to understand whatever concept.
It will take time to continue,” said Suraj Jain , a senior faculty in one of the departments of coaching.
Problem solving tables are always surrounded by students and one can survive as long as they want.
Dress code has new additions, facial masks, which are mandatory for each student, which must always bring one extra along with hand sanitaryer and bottled water.
Rules are in water dispensers and urine because only the third capacity is permitted at a time.
Students will not be able to have canteen sessions or Dhaba after class or even eat in groups because they are really not allowed to maintain social distance.
Limitations such as only one student at hostel / rented rooms and no more than three on the Autorickshaw have made an expensive base facility.
The public transport system in the coaching area does not have frequency and students must choose private transportation.
The main training center of Vigyan Nagar, Indira Vihar and Kunhari did not have the current city bus.
“Previously, I used to pay Rs 10 for a trip, but because I was back last week, I had to pay Rs 20 for the same trip,” Rahul Sharma said, a student from Udaipur.
The coaching center is also closely monitored by the local administration.
