Taliban retaliation reports on people who have worked with US leadership forces or previous Afghan governments, and targeted killings installed on Friday, triggered concerns of new rulers de facto could return Afghanistan for their repressive government which ended 20 years ago.
The Amnesty International report cites eyewitnesses in Ghazni Province which tells how the Taliban killed nine Ethnic Hazara men in Mundarakht Village between July 4 and 6.
Six men were shot dead and the rest were tortured to death.
Hazara is a Shia Muslim minority.
Previously persecuted by the Taliban, they had made a big profit in education and social status in recent years.
