GREATER NOIDA: The projected Film City job is very likely to take shape on June 7, even once the detailed project report (DPR) will be filed by the personal adviser to this Yamuna Expressway Authority, officials said on Wednesday.
According to the preliminary record, the Film City is going to soon be built over 1,000 acres in Sector 21 of YEIDA region and is projected to cost Rs 6,000 crore.
To be constructed on the public-private-partnership version, three strategies are advocated for the undertaking, such as a hybrid version.
Once prepared, the Film City may get retail, residential and industrial facilities, such as amenities, resorts, entertainment park and also a movie institute.
“The DPR of this Film City project is going to be filed on June 7 by adviser CBRE.
Following its entry on June 7, the closing financial model is going to be accepted by the authorities.
The goal will be to Pick the Enterprise to develop the Film City at another six weeks,” stated Arun Vir Singh, CEO of both YEIDA.
