This is the day, the Indian Constitution was adopted in 1950 after achieving independence on August 15, 1947.
Republic Day Main Celebration was held in Rajpath in the National Capital City, New Delhi, before the President of India.

As you know, today we are all here to celebrate the 72nd day of our country today.
Every year, we celebrate Republican Day on January 26 because the Indian Constitution came to force this day in 1950.
Today reminds us of our freedom struggle and how the big freedom fighters in our country sacrificed their lives to get us – Retty Swaraj.
That’s because of their struggle that today we live in a democratic country where every citizen has the right to equality, (ii) the right to freedom, (iii) is true to exploitation, (iv) the right to religious freedom, (v) cultural rights and Education, and (vi) rights to constitutional solutions.
Today is the day to reaffirm our commitment to unity in diversity, brotherhood and equality among all our citizens.
I wanted to end my speech followed at the time of silence for great leaders and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives so we could live in a democratic country.
