Bhubaneswar: The state president of the Samajwadi Rabindra Nath Behera on Friday led the delegation to Governor Ganeshi Lal and submitted a memorandum of urgently to direct the state government to implement a 27% order for OBCs in entering college and universities sponsored by country, medical, MBBS and programs Other higher learning.
Memorandum said the reservation must be implemented in front.
