Requests rise for upscale apartments in Gujarat

Ahmedabad: While affordable houses continue to remain on the radar of property buyers, demand for premium, high-end apartments and planned schemes have also been accelerated, especially after covid-19 pandemic addicts, the word real estate developer who has participated in the AHmedabad Expo 2021 property time .

“There is also a major demand for land-oriented projects and luxury villas,” added Manoj Chellani, a senior official in the leading realty company.
“People want more than just apartments, they want a lifestyle.
Raysan, Kudasan and Sargasan are areas that grow fast in Gandhinagar,” said Real Estate Developer Jay Purohit and Aditya Goenka.
On the first day, Expo saw a large number of visitors spoil the venue.
Footsteps are expected to be higher on Sunday.
