Gurgaon: A month after Gurgaon police registered a case against the city-based raheja developer for the quality of the poor Vedaanta construction on the complaint of the city and state meeting department, repair work in the sector 108 housing society was far from complete.
The senior city planner should monitor repair work before the team from IIT-Delhi stated the same.
Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera) has now directed the developer to submit a written statement on September 20 with the details of the improvement carried out in the community until now and how the brokers plan to complete the remaining work.
The real estate regulator holds that sufficient time has been given to the developer, TOI has learned.
The people of the people highlighted that water seepage lasts not only from two basement floors but also from the expansion connection on the ground floor, and the need for urgent improvement measures.
In the building facade, developers must immediately take action for temporary safety such as the installation of safety nets.
According to Rwa, the developer tries to change errors in associations that say they do not maintain the structure correctly.
“Until now, all infrastructure assets have not been submitted to RWA.
Even the basic structural image of the building has not been given to Rwa,” said Gautam Sen, President Vedaanta Rwa.
When contacted, the developer refused to comment.
Spreaded at 10.68 hectares of land in sector 108, the developer received a license for the housing group housing group in 2007 from the DTCP.
Construction work at the project location began in 2008 and developers began to give ownership to home buyers from 2014.
Problems on structural problems have been submitted by the population since 2018.
