Jaipur: First, Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) has taken a housing project from developers in Tijara in Alwar after the promoter failed to meet the settlement deadline.

A official said for the monitoring of the project near the project, Rera has also issued a notice to around 415 developers in the state because they did not send quarterly progress reports.
According to mandatory provisions, a promoter must upload updates on the Rera website for the project at the end of each quarter in the apartment / flat, the status renewal of each building.
A senior official in Rera said, “After issuing a notice, the developer will be given time to submit their reply in October.
Registration will be canceled if the answer is unsatisfactory.” After the implementation and implementation of real estate laws (regulation and development), 2016, A total of 1,635 projects have been registered under the Rera throughout the state.
