According to mandatory provisions, a promoter must upload updates on the Rera website for the project at the end of each quarter in the apartment / flat, the status renewal of each building.
A senior official in Rera said, “After issuing a notice, the developer will be given time to submit their reply in October.
Registration will be canceled if the answer is unsatisfactory.” After the implementation and implementation of real estate laws (regulation and development), 2016, A total of 1,635 projects have been registered under the Rera throughout the state.
