Ajmer: Residents of Hathikhera and Boaraaj on Monday gathered outside the Office of the Executive Engineer Phed and broke the ground pot and shouted slogans against officials demanding demanding water supply.
Then, residents offered Bangles to officials and warned of lightning protests if the problem was not immediately resolved.
Boaaraj, Hathikhera, Kriti Nagar, Foisagar Road, Gota Colony and its surroundings have faced water scarcity for some time now.
Residents accused that even though the supply was started by the department, there was no pressure.
