Residents of Kabul are less interested in receiving a covid-19 dose, say the vaccination team

Kabul: Kabul residents are less interested in Covid-19 vaccination, according to the cellular team.
Pajhwok Afghan News visited a number of vaccination teams in the mosque but the team complained about low interest among people to get a vaccine.
This comes because the Covid-19 vaccine will expire and the Ministry of Public Health asks people to get shots.
Zarmina, a vaccine that manages the Covid-19 vaccine at the Jabir Mosque in the Khair Khana area in Kabul, said, “We came to this mosque since the last three days, but we vaccinated less than 70 people during the period, high and high population.
We think That we will not be able to manage the process, but very few people come here.
“He said that the cellular vaccination team was in work from 9am to 3pm every day.
Nijat Ayar, another vaccine at the Safidkhwaja Mosque, in the 15th Police District of Kabul City also complained of more than the number of people interested in taking doses.
He said that in the last three days, around 100 people, including men and women, visited the mosque for vaccination, reported the news of Pajhwok Afghanistan.
“When Covid-19 vaccines arrived for the first time, there were so many people in the vaccination center, so many people got vaccines and we didn’t have time to eat, but now we are all waiting for people from morning to evening,” he said .
He asked residents to get a vaccine and protect themselves and their families against deadly diseases.
Abdul Wasay Saeed, Imam Mosque Idris in the Kulula Pushta area in Kabul, told Pajhwok that the cellular vaccination team twice visited the mosque and asked people to get a dose in the past month.
He said that a number of men and women had received vaccines, but considering the population of the region, many of them ignored it for various reasons.
There is no problem in getting a vaccine from an Islamic point of view and there are no legal problems too, so people must be vaccinated for their safety of their lives and their families, he said.
Pajhwok spoke with a number of people about the reason why they refused to be vaccinated.
Matiulla Azimi, Chahardehi’s head head in Kabul, who was also not vaccinated, said, “Corona has finished, it is a project and goes, why we have to get a problem with taking vaccines, those who make it fight with fever and pain body.” Ahmad Guardian, a resident of Kabul who had a booth shop, told Pajhwok that he had not received a vaccine.
“Death comes from God.
If there is a command of death for someone, the corona vaccine will not be able to prevent it, and that is why I do not and will not get a vaccine,” he said.
Zakirullah, another shopkeeper in the Kabul City Campan area, said, “I did not receive a vaccine because Corona could not do anything if God did not want it.” Karima Noori, a resident of Khair Khana, said, “They are angry, where Corona, nothing is like Corona, even one member of our family is infected, we don’t believe him.” He called the Covid-19 project and said fake figures were published for assistance.
Four months ago, the Ministry of Health Public Health has said that Afghanistan needs 42 million doses of coronavirus vaccine, where the 500,000 doses of Indian vaccines, 468,000 covax doses and 700,000 Chinese vaccines have so far been assisted.
The United States also promised to give three million doses of Johnson vaccine to Afghans after the spread of the Delta variant of the virus in Afghanistan.
The US then gave 1.5 million vaccine doses on July 9 at that time, Afghanistan, with an estimated population of 37 million, received more than one million vaccines five months ago.
According to official figures from the Ministry of Health, more than 156,000 people were infected by Coronavirus and 7,280 other 7,280s had died of a pandemic break in Afghanistan, reported Pajhwok.
