MySuru: After the year after an electric vehicle (EV) was launched, the resort and hotel in Mysuru planned to have charging points for them, because more tourists arrived in it.
Keep in mind that Chamundeshwari Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) Mysuru launched an EV charging station at his company office in Vijayanagar in January 2021.
Now with an increase in the number of events, at least six charging units have been regulated.
EV users say that today they bring chargers along with their vehicles, afraid of disorders at any time.
“Now, filling facilities are available in many places, where vehicles can be charged in one hour, which is sufficient for rides in the city,” said Satish Basrur, a marketing executive who uses e-scooter.
“The biggest challenge for e-scooters keeping the battery is filled.
More filling points will definitely promote EVs,” he said.
Madan, a customer support executive from the charging station at MG Road, said that EV was still in the early stages in business.
“In general, we rise around 20-25 cars per day to charge.
The number across 25 cars over the weekend.
We provide only refill facilities for four wheels now,” he said.
Changes to vehicle preferences made by resorts and hotels prepared charging points for EV.
“At our facility, we set up flow chargers for EVs, because many of our customers arrive in it,” said Shiva Swaroop Urs, which is a resort management partner here.
