New Delhi: Entrepreneurs Navneet Kalara, who were accused of marketing black marketing oxygen concentrators on Friday told the Delhi High Court that the registration certificate to run the restaurant ‘Khan Chacha’ and ‘City Hall’ at Khanscale Khan Market had been canceled by the authorities.
, The court heard the challenging calra petition of the show caused the notification and command to suspend the registration certificate to run the restaurant after alleged involvement in this case.
Judge Rekha Palli said he would open to employers to attack the cancellation order in accordance with the law.
The court also clarified that it had not expressed any opinion about the claims made in its application.
Kalra has challenged the notification of the thought-cum-cum-show issued by the commissioner with the police (license) and subsequent suspension of the registration certificate to run two restaurants in the Khan market here.
His adviser Poronnya Sing Singh proposed that the registration certificate was canceled by the authorities with the command on July 23 and no one survived in the petition.
The entrepreneur argues that illegal suspensions and contrary to the provisions of Delhi restaurants registration registration because they do not provide the power of suspension at the publishing stage of the show notice.
Calra, which was captured by Delhi police in a case of alleged black marketing oxygen concentrator during the second wave Covid-19, said that there was no provision to suspend the registration certificate only with the registration basis of FIR.
“The sequence of suspension is also bad because the recovery of oxygen concentrators made from the restaurant where no land is also not given as a basis for license suspension.
Suspension sequences have a negative impact on the business, reputation and livelihood of all employees who work in the restaurant,” said the application.
Kalra was given a guarantee in alleged black marketing cases on May 29.
