Restore public grievance Strategy: Congress

HYDERABAD: Former Union Mohammed Ali Shabbir of all Congress has billed with the TRS authorities of broadening the mechanics of public grievances and redressal from the nation.
“In the absence of a permanent peshi, all ministers and branches are working with no address.
People don’t have any clue where they can lodge their complaints and grievances, trying their redressal.
This is completely contrary to the spirit of Christianity and the Constitution,” Shabbir Ali stated on Saturday.
“A number of those ministers, largely KT Rama Rao are providing a feeling they are solving the issues being faced by individuals through social networking platform Twitter.
However, not all of the complaints and grievances labeled to him happen to be attended .
The vast majority of individuals sharing their issues through social networking platforms are being obstructed with the ministry’s office or there’s absolutely not any answer to their inquiries,” Shabbir Ali explained.
The Congress leader alleged the ministry K Chandrasekhar Rao has largely remained inaccessible to many men and women in the previous seven decades.
Even the TRS ministers are emulating the CM in most ordinary folks.
“Without a suitable system to lodge their complaints and grievances, individuals today are coming to the High Court searching for answers to their issues.
Public Interest Litigations have been registered,” he explained.
Shabbir Ali required the State Government take immediate steps to renew the grievances mechanism and also empower individuals to lodge complaints concerning their unique issues.
“Social networking platforms may be used as programs to lodge complaints and find out their answers.
However, the government shouldn’t replace the conventional public grievances mechanism with Twitter or even some other platforms.
Not every single citizen of Telangana is about Twitter rather than each user has the abilities to utilize it in order to express their grievances.
Thus, the state administration must restore the old method of issues being solved and attended department-wise and Collectors in the district level or invent a new mechanism wherein people may pay their complaints with no hassle,” he needed.
