New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday slams the Developer of Real Estate SuperTech for non-payment to home buyers for the flats that are ordered to be destroyed.
A bench headed by justice Dy Chandrachud to Supertech to look after their office and to make payments to home buyers on January 17.
It is said that there is no amount to be reduced while returning money.
Bench told the advisor who appeared for Supertech, “Flowers cannot be prosecuted for return on investment.
You are looking for all kinds of reasons not to obey the court order.
Make sure the payment is made on Monday, if other there will be consequences.” The upper court heard the request of insult by a home buyer who paid the flat where the APEX court assessment on August 31, 2021, directed the demolition of the Twin-Tower Story building from the Emerald Supertech court project in Noida.
Home buyers accused that Supertech invited them to collect their money.
However, when they approached the company, they were told that the money would be paid back by installments along with certain pieces that were not shown by the court.
The upper court further asked the Noida authority to complete the name of the agency that will be given the task of destroying the twin towers of the Zamrud Supertech Housing Project.
The peak field has now posted this problem to hear on Monday.
Previously, the Apex Court had refused supertech modification requests who were looking for August 31 which were directed to destroy two 40-storey towers in the Emerald housing project in Noida.
While directing the demolition of two towers over a large violation of building building norms, the court has said that it is the result of “evil accuracy” between the authority of Noida and Supertech and ordered the company to do demolition at its own costs within three months.
Under the supervision of noida authorities and expert bodies such as the Central Building Research Institute.
Orders have come on a petition batch submitted by home buyers for and against the April 11 decision in the High Court of Allahabad, which has ordered the demolition of two buildings within four months and refunds for apartment buyers.
