Agra: The Head of Agra of the Head of the Head of the Head of the Judge has extended the detention of Judicials from three Kashmir students, posting allegations of incitement for allegedly sharing provocative posts on their social media accounts after Pakistan’s victory over India in the T20 World Cup cricket match, until November 24.
CJM Pradeep Kumar Singh on Thursday Fixed November 24 for the next hearing.
After their arrest last month, students – studied at King Balwant Singh (RBS) Engineering Engineering Technique under the Scheme Special Scholarship Prime Minister for J & K students – was originally sent to the police in 14 days of judicial resistance on October 28.
They were booked October 26 under the IPC 153 A section (promoting hostility between various groups) and 505 (1) (b) (with the intention of causing, or what might cause, fear or alarm to the public, or to the public section) and 66 -F of information technology laws (Cyber terrorism, violations that can lead to life sentences) for allegedly sending whatsapp messages to the nation.
Then, the decking fee is also added to FIR.
