Gurugram: A 30-year-old man allegedly kidnap and killed six-year-old son of his wife’s aunt, angry with interference in his family’s life.
Guddu Kumar Sahni, who was arrested by Crime Branch on Saturday, told the police that he committed a crime to take revenge on relatives because it caused the crack between the couple and incited him to leave him.
Initially from Samastipur at Bihar, Guddu lived with his wife in rented accommodation in Basai Enclave in Sector 10.
Guddu, according to the police, claiming they would often fight.
And in June, his parents in-laws and his wife’s aunt visited their homes to advise them.
But their fights did not stop and a few days later, his wife returned to his parents’ house in Panipat.
“Guddu, a daily bet, used to think that his wife’s family, especially his aunt (who lived in the same environment), incited his partner to leave him.
He used to be responsible for cracking in the family,” said ACP (Crime) Preet Pal Sangwan.
“Being a neighbor, Aunt often visits family and advises them.
Guudu thought that he was the person who took his wife back to Panipat.” On July 22, Guudu allegedly kidnapped the little boy when he played outside the last house in sector 10.
He allegedly captivated the boy on a blank plot and strangled him.
He then destroyed the boy with bricks and hiding the body in the bushes.
The boy’s body was restored on Saturday after the arrest of the defendant.
The boy’s father, Budhu Sahni, filed a complaint of someone missing at the Sector Police Station 10 a day later.
In his complaint, Budhu claimed that he and his wife went to work, leaving their four children at home and when they returned later, one of them lost.
“Apart from all our efforts, we cannot find our child and finally approach the police,” Buddhu said.
ACP Sangwan said the police team was formed to track children as soon as the complaint was submitted.
“With the help of technical supervision and human intelligence, we focus on the suspect.
During the interrogation, he claimed to have killed the boy.
Guudu told us that he wanted to take revenge on his aunt because he was the person responsible for all the problems in his family,” Add it.
The case below part 302 (murder) IPC was registered at the Sector 10 police station against Guddu on Saturday.
He was produced in court and sent to the 14-day trial detention.
