Review of Center for Implementation of the Central Scheme related to the Agriculture Sector in UTS

New Delhi: Agriculture Minister Union Narendra Singh Tomar on Wednesday emphasized the implementation of the right central scheme and said the benefits must achieve bona fide.
Overcoming the Lieutenant Governor / Administrator Conference All the United States (UTS), Tomar said the implementation of the central scheme must be appropriate and funds are not obstacles.
The benefits of the central government scheme for the agricultural sector must reach true farmers, he added.
The minister said the cover of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) was given to farmers even under the shadow of covidpandemic.
The government has run a campaign since February 2020 to cover all farmers under the KCC with a special focus on the beneficiary of PM Kisan.

They were told to schedule camps at the Bank Branch Level to accept the application form for the KCC, to hold a gram Sabha meeting to notify farmers about the drive and to hold a review of reviews regularly.
The minister said agricultural infrastructure funds would help farmers to get loans easily for the development of infrastructure at the agricultural gate.
This scheme will help small farmers in the storage and protection of their plants.
Under the digital agricultural mission, Tomar said the 5.5-crore farmer database was prepared and it would reach 8 crores in December.
