JAIPUR: After finishing the paper work in recording time, the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has pioneered the building work of luxury apartments for MLA project close to meeting in Jyoti Nagar.
A Jaipur-based company N S Gadhiya, that lent that the lowest bid of Rs 266 crore from the Rs 280 bidding cost was awarded with the job.
Its closest competitor bid to build the job in Rs 336 crore.
An official source stated,”Making optimal utilization of the tender job was finished and work has been given to the company.
It was a tight contest as 17 companies engaged from the pre-bid.
The company has also begun the digging job on earth and we’re hoping to finish the job ahead of the deadline of 30 months” The RHB has successfully acclaiming the property where these flats will be built.
The board has obtained ownership and demolished 54 bungalows of all MLAs.
