Lucknow: With more than one crore vaccination in about a week, Uttar Pradesh is the only country in this country that has provided more than 19 doses of crore.
In terms of population, 12.36 crore people have been vaccinated in part while 6.63 crore is now fully vaccinated.
This means that more than 82% of people above part and more than 44% are now entirely vaccinated.
There are 15.04 crore people above who qualify for vaccination.
In the national picture, rising now is home to nearly 13.5% of the population that is fully vaccinated.
Maharashtra, is the closest competitor, has provided 12.95 doses of crore, followed by West Bengal (10.41 Crore), Madhya Pradesh (10.01 Crore) and Bihar (9.51 Crore).
An official statement said aggressive vaccination was an integral part of the government comprehensive strategy for tusing the coronavirus.

State capital was followed by Prayagraj, Azamgarh, Barondy and Jaunpur in total dosage.
As far as the vaccinated population, Lucknow was followed by Ghaziabad, Agra, Kanpur, Gautam Budh Nagar and Jaunpur.
Meanwhile, health officials urged people to comply with the Covid-19 prevention protocol despite being vaccinated because the risk of pandemic infection remains high.
As many as 21 cases and nine recovery were reported in the last 24 hours.
It leaves the country with 216 active cases.
Officials reiterated that complications caused by Coronavirus can cause death.
