Ride: swell river, several districts facing flood threats

Lucknow: River Rapti continues to rise in the eastern district until Saturday.
The river flowed above the danger in Gorakhpur and Siddharthnagar while continuing to rise.
The flood situation remained unchanged for the last 24 hours because eight rivers still flowed on a danger sign.
Kwano, who has flowed above the danger in Gonda since August, remains at the same level.
However, it did not show the trend of the increase on Saturdays.
Sharda in Pengiakalan (Lakhimpur Kher), Rohin in Maharajanj, Boodhi Rapti and Kunhara in Siddharthnagar, Ghaghra in Ayodhya, Barabanki and Ganga in Badaun flowed on a sign of danger but also fell or remain stationary.
Kwano in Basti, Ganga in Farrukhabad, randak in Kushinagar, Rapti in Balrampur and Sharda at Lakhimpur Kheri’s Shardanagar even though it was recorded to flow very close to a danger sign.
