Chandigarh: After the Punjab High Court and Haryana ordered the exemption of Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini in the case of cheating, the Minister of State Cabinet Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Friday seeking the elimination of the Advocacy General, the Secretary of the House and Head of the Citizenship Bureau for “Professional Inability.” However, the Chairman of the Minister of Amarinder Singh, responding to sharp comments Randhawa, asked the minister and party colleagues to “examine facts” before making any statement.
HC on Thursday night ordered the release of Saini, which was arrested on charges of cheating, forgery, and corruption, among others.
He was released from prisoners on Friday.

Randhawa, the minister of prison, also marked the leader of the Rahul Gandhi congress and the head of the Punjab Congress Navjot Singh Sidhu in his tweet seeking transfer.
Saini was arrested by the State Alerting Bureau on Wednesday night in connection with a registered case in September 2020 for fraud, forgery, corruption and other violations.
Randhawa reacts to comments, cm asks for his minister to discuss the problem, especially sensitive, with him or on the party platform before going public.
Previously, Randhawa had criticized CM on the issue of polls, including the alleged delay in justice at the police shooting incident in 2015 and post-Sakrilege.
