Halsey has used the album cover in the best way – to help eradicate social stigma around the postpartum and breastfeeding bodies.
The singer made everyone on social media sit and noted when he launched the cover and the release date of his fourth recording album titled, “If I can’t have love, I want to be in power.”
Set down on August 27, the art of the album cover was inspired by the work of France Painter Jean Fouquet.
Halsey first revealed this artwork on Instagram broadcast live from the Metropolitan Art Museum.
Sharing the idea behind a thick picture, he said, “This album is a concept album about the excitement and horror of pregnancy and labor.
It is very important for me that the cover art conveyed my trip sentiment over the past few months over the past few months for the past few months.
Dichotomy Madonna And prostitutes.
The idea that I was a sexual creature and my body as a ship and a gift to my child was two concepts that could live peacefully and strongly.
”
“My body belongs to the world in various ways in recent years, and this image is my means to reclaim my autonomy and build my pride and strength as a life force for my human being,” he said in his post.
Continuing to explain the importance of admiring the postpartum body, he said, “This cover image celebrates the body of pregnancy and postpartum as something beautiful, for admiration.
We have a long way to go by eradicating social stigma around the body & breastfeeding.
I hope this can be a step to The right direction! “.
The image continues to collect more than 4 million likes, not only attract attention but get fans on social media talking about the importance of images.
