Noida: The Delhi Eow has submitted a quarter against the ringing bells of Mohit Goyal and who were accused together with respect to Rs 200 Crore worth of Dubai Fraud Cases Dry Fruit.
The defendant has opened several fake companies and cheats complainants from all NCR and other countries.
Sector 58 police have made eight arrests in connection with this case.
Additional DCP (Noida) Ranvijay Singh said that FIR has been submitted on July 9 and Police Noida will coordinate with Eow Delhi in connection with the same thing.
FIR has been submitted on complaints of investors from the Mayur area of Rakesh Kumar Singh Vihar.
Mohit’s name, Manoj Kadyan, Anjali Kadyan, Kashmir Singh Kadyan, Beajesh Thakkar, Rupesh Kumar, Sumit Yadav, Sonelal and others about complaints of residents of Rakesh Kumar Singh Mayur Vihar.
The complainant has accused that he was deceived around Rs 4 Crore by the defendant.
Previously, TOI had reported that Mohit Goyal -Infamous for the ringing bell company which was allegedly promised to provide the cheapest smartphone in the world – and his accomplice succeeded in committing at least RS 200 crores by making fake companies selling dried fruit and purchases suspected of deceiving a number of merchants They buy consignments from and themselves selling dried fruit at a higher cost.
The company accused – Dubai dried fruits and hub spices – which have run out of luxury offices in the Ketala Noida building in the 62 sector, have several written complaints from frauds that nestly argue from traders throughout the country including those from Punjab, Haryana, up , West Bengal, Rajasthan, Delhi, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, etc.
Police Noida has captured Mohit, Om Prakash Jangid and six others in connection with fraud.
The people accused have formed at least five companies to the Dupe target.
Goyal Mohit who was accused of going to prison for bell ringing fraud in 2017 where he offered the cheapest smartphone for users for RS 251, he formed a company with the name Master Freedom Company where offering cellphones in Rs 2,399 and and LED TV at RS 9,900 Draw Cemara’s attention in Noida, Ghaziabad, Jalandhar, Panipat, Gorakhpur and Halwani.
Then in 2018, Mohit together with his partner Manoj Kadiyan formed a company with a family name from Indian Dry Food Pvt Ltd which attracted firs in Bareilly and his colleague Manoj Kadiyan was imprisoned for the same thing.
Furthermore, Mohit together with Manoj and Pradeep Singh Nirwan formed dried food in Gurugram and he along with non-official partners Manoj, Sumit Yadav attracted fraud for crores pulling rupees, Shahjahanpur, GB Nagar, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Jaipur, etc.
, Manoj was imprisoned in connection with a case.
Then, the defendant created another company with the name Ayurvedic commodity in connection with which FIR was submitted at the Sector 58 police station and Sumit Yadav was imprisoned.
