Riot: Police to submit a separate cost sheet

New Delhi: After the Delhi court questioned the police on the wrong firmly based on several complaints of alleged riots for 2020 communal violence, he decided to separate and submit a sheet of costs involved in the cases involved.

While framing the accusation, the judge session revoked the allegations of burning against the defendant, noting that the shop owner did not accuse the commission of a violation and that there was no CCTV footage.
“Analysis of the fine tooth combs from complaints and statements revealed that none of them have identified the people accused of being part of a horde of riots that have harmed their shops,” said ASJ Yadav in order on September 10.
He noted it had no accusations with complaints about the commission of combustion in their stores and as materials in parts 436 IPC [damage with fire or explosives] at all not made.
“Even from the photos submitted on the note, there is no mischief incident with fire or explosive substances borne,” he said, adding that there was no CCTV recording or video clip incident on the recording.
The court also noted that different date complaints were beaten together.
While a complainant accused the crime suspected of happening on February 24, while others claimed that it happened on February 25.
“Do complaints about different dates can be beaten by the Investigation Agency in one FIR is a question that will be seen during the trial,” said the Judge.
The other section was called in Chargesheet like Section 147 (riots), 148 (riots, armed with deadly weapons), 149 (unlawful assembly), 380 (theft), 427 (mischief), and 455 (trespass house) is ” Exclusive can be occupied by a judge, said ASJ Yadav.
