Jaipur: The state government has announced a promotional road in secondary education in which 11,353 lecturers will be promoted to deputy principal, while post 3,533 principals will be named the principal.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Ministry of Education’s review chaired by the Chief of the Ashok Gehlot Minister on Friday.
Gehlot recently made several initiatives for increasing secondary education in the state, providing better opportunities for promotion to post-school principals to lecturers.
The decision taken on Friday included – Deputy Principal Post will be made at 11,353 the state of the state secondary school.
Meanwhile, Kader 3,533 Principal of Middle School Government will be declared a dye cadre.
At the principal’s place, the principal will now be appointed in these schools.
For this, new posts will also be made.
With this decision, it is expected that better promotional opportunities will be available for lecturers in school education.
Because of the situation arising from Covid, the results of the candidate examination studied at B.END have not been announced before the results of the reet-2021 examination.
The decision was taken that such candidates would be given the opportunity to obtain educational qualifications at Rajasthan Primary and Upper School Recruitment directly until the last date of the application.
With this Gehlot decision, a large number of prospective teachers who learn at B.ED meet the requirements for direct recruitment.
To make the process of examination of teacher recruitment better, at the meeting, also discussed to carry out separate checks for selection after future feasibility tests.
The Minister of State for Education, Govind Singh Dotasra said that there was a teacher’s old demand to increase promotional opportunities.
With this main minister’s decision, thousands of state lecturers will have the opportunity to promote.
Along with this, the quality of education will also increase at secondary and higher secondary levels.
