Jaipur: Two workers died and the other three were injured after wood objects in the lower temple of construction collapsed in the Chittorgarh Rajasthan district on Sunday, police said.
The deceased was identified as Kaluram Garasiya (23) and Raju (25), while three other injured workers were treated at a government hospital in Chittorgarh, said Rashmi Shivlal Meena’s house.
He said that the deceased’s body was stored in the morgue and that post-mortem would be carried out on the arrival of their relatives.
Building contractors have been ordered for negligence and further investigation into progress, the official said.
